Specifically, the data will be shared with: companies contractually linked to the Primatesta Architecture Firm; subjects that provide services for the management of the information system used by the Primatesta Architecture Firm and of the telecommunications networks; freelancers, studios or companies in the field of assistance and consultancy relationships; subjects that provide services for the management of the activities indicated above in the purposes; competent authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies at their request.

4. Data Transfer
The personal data provided will not be transferred to countries belonging to the European Union and to non-EU countries.
5. Profiling and automated decision-making processes
In the processing of data, decision-making processes based on automatic processing are not used, including profiling.
6. Rights of the interested party
The interested party will be able to assert his rights expressed by the articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 of EU Regulation 2016/679, by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The interested party has the right, at any time, to ask the Data Controller for access to their personal data, rectification, cancellation of the same, limitation of treatment and portability of their data.
Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial appeal, if the interested party believes that the processing of their data violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (Supervisory Authority www. garanteprivacy.it), pursuant to art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679.
